At VeroPaws Canada, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist you under the policy below.


Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or receipt

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is:

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Perishable goods (including pet food, treats, or supplements)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like a different item:

  1. Request a return for the original item within 15 days

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product

This ensures the fastest processing.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
